Hi peeps! good monday morning ;) let's not be monday blues, ok. life is too short to be blues. last week, i baked a butter cake. recipe courtesy from my colleague. my family love it esp my kids. all my-in-law love it too (^_^). here's the recipe. you should try it yourself & you'll be a star of the house. note: it's work for someone who not so star in baking LIKE ME. Ingredients: 250 gm butter 200gm castor sugar 200gm self-raising flour - add in a pinch of salt 4 eggs 1 teaspoon of vanilla essence 2 table spoon of milk Method: Preheat oven to 180 degree celsius. grease & line  a 20cm cake tin & place aside. Beat butter & sugar till white & creamy. Add in eggs one at a time & beat till combined. Mix in milk & vanilla essence & gently fold in the shifted self-raising flour.
